CONFIG-ERP is a software system, which provides integrated accounting, shipment management, container control and customs brokerage support, as well as many other services for freight forwarding companies engaged in the worldwide transportation of goods via air, rail, road and sea. The system was initially developed in Greece and has since been successfully installed at many locations throughout the world, thus providing services to companies, their agents and other collaborating enterprises. The software operates 24x7 in China, Hong Kong, India, Greece and elsewhere.

The strongest point of the system is that all its services are provided through a web interface. This facilitates collaboration and integration in large-scale companies, even when they have departments and offices which are geographically dispersed. The interface has been translated into various languages including Chinese.
